Gigabit for Neighborhoods

Groups of single-family and/or multi-family homes not in an HOA can create a community broadband system by forming a nonprofit cooperative known as a Mutual Benefit Corporation (which will be the owner of record for the network). We have created a template for this process that is a part of our turnkey solution.

Property owners that want to have broadband access will join the coop and pay a membership fee (assessment) that reflects their fractional percentage of the cost of building the network. Members will also pay a monthly fee which will be the pro rata cost of operating the network.

Become a Network Champion

Champions are people who have chosen to organize their community to provision our 10-gigabit broadband solution.
